I can not tell why the patchbot scripts are complaining. In any case, I
get the following test failures:

sage -t src/sage/stats/hmm/hmm.pyx
[118 tests, 2 failures, 1.70 s]
...
sage -t src/sage/gsl/probability_distribution.pyx
[207 tests, 3 failures, 11.09 s]
...
sage -t src/sage/plot/plot3d/transform.pyx
[25 tests, 1 failure, 6.27 s]

Unfortunately it doesn't say what the failure is. Why does it not?
