Uh... Volker, why did you put #16396 as a dep of this ticket? That's the
reverse as far as I know: sagenb's upgrade (#16911, here) blocks sphinx'
upgrade (#16396), which blocks docutils' upgrade (#16733)... Or is there
something I miss?
