 I've changed the description of this ticket to: " isogeny function is not
 robust -- it doesn't check validity of its input".

 The first easy fix is that you must check that the input list of points is
 a subgroup and raise an error if it isn't.

 An enhancement can be opened as a separate ticket that would allow for
 generators instead.  Of course, a better solution is to just create a
 "finite subgroups of elliptic curves class".
