I did all tests related with this ticket on the same machine, namely my
`OpenSuse` laptop, and I am pretty sure that it is x86_64. Although I can
currently not recall how to find out the architecture. In any case, `cat
/proc/cpuinfo` tells me that I have two Intel Core Duo.
