For positive review, I think here is what we still need.
* Positive review for #17020
* Positive review for #17170, thought this is somewhat orthogonal
* Merging my minor css change stuff at
https://github.com/vbraun/sagenb/pull/1
* Some fix to this last cache busting issue
Then I think we need to really push it into a new package for upstream so
that it can be tested ''thoroughly''. Depending on where Volker is in the
release process, maybe the first beta of the next one, or in the current
beta series.
