 I would also prefer to remove `biseq_copy` since it's a dangerous
 function: it assumes that the `biseq` has been allocated but it throws
 away the current contents.

 Better to split this operation in two: changing `biseq_copy` to
 `biseq_init_copy` assuming it was not allocated. If you really want
 something like `biseq_copy`, just use `biseq_dealloc` and
 `biseq_init_copy`.
