After a discussion with Travis, I changed the top-level function from
`CDGAlgebra` to `GradedCommutativeAlgebra`. Its job is just to create
either singly- or multi-graded commutative algebras, creating an instance
of the relevant class. Users can then construct commutative DG algebras
using the `CDGAlgebra` method on the graded commutative algebras.
