While I am at it, I will also make `biseq_max_overlap`, `biseq_index` and
`biseq_contains` return `mp_size_t`, not `int`. After all, they return an
index in a bounded integer sequence (or -1 if not found, or -2 on error),
and I think we have agreed that indices should be `mp_size_t`.
