Since there is no system out there with a C++ but not C compiler I think
its definitely not tested to bootstrap with such a combination. In any
case, its nothing that I worry about. The empty set has every property, if
you want do describe it further in the documentation be my guest.
Also, gcc 4.7.3 bugs were probably closed, then reopened, and then closed
again in the meantime..
