[comment:18 jdemeyer] was in favor of making a clear distinction between
`RealIntervalField` and `RealBallField`. Therefore, I chose to implement
the `_repr_` method of a `RealBallElement` to look different from that of
a `RealIntervalFieldElement` and close to the `arb_printd` method.
Of course, doing it the `RealIntervalFieldElement` way would be easy,
because conversion to a `RealIntervalFieldElement` is already implemented,
so we could simply delegate the task.
