The ticket asks for
* adding a `sparse` parameter to `Expression.coefficients()`, default
`True`
* removing/deprecating the `coeff` and `coeffs` aliases
* implement `Expression.list()`, simply calling
`coefficients(sparse=False)`
This appears to be consensus for polynomials in the thread
