This is the class sage.numerical.mip which is meant to be the common
interface between SAGE and 3 different LP solvers : GLPK, Coin-Or, and
CPLEX.
For the moment, I only wrote the interface with Coin-Or, which I needed
and which seems to work for simple problems. I will improve it over time,
but it can already be used and I hope you will like it :-)
