But the invalid and duplicate I think this is okay for. I often give a
positive review to dups or obviously now-functioning tickets.

Yeah, probably also true.
I do have to say that perhaps we should have a separate wontfix that would
require ''two'' reviewers, maybe? I have occasionally set some notebook
tickets to wontfix but that is a fairly unusual situation.
