Some minor things, just on a first glance:
* Various minor English misspellings.
* There should probably be an "intro" module-level section telling people
what links and knots are (in particular, the difference, since lots of
people have heard of knots but not so many of links). See e.g.
[http://www.sagemath.org/doc/reference/game_theory/sage/game_theory/cooperative_game.html
the cooperative game theory doc] though this is quite comprehensive.
* Sometimes there are sort-of-bullet lists that aren't formatted that way,
such as for how to create a link.
* The plot example doesn't show how to make a plot.
