It also occurs to me that if jmol ended up working, we would need to amend
this branch anyway, because there are several references to how jmol does
''not'' work! If we can resolve it within a week I say let's do so,
otherwise I think it's better to have this in with the various warnings
against using jmol BUT working hard at resolving that, since most people
would be using that.
