 We had to abandon the idea of using distutils for libcsage at least as is.
 We could certainly use getting rid of scons for it. Do we know if there is
 anyone currently active for polybori? My understanding is that Alexander
 Dreyer has gone to the industry and no one has really taken over polybori.
