{{{MPolynomialIdeal.interreduced_basis()}}} should return the same sorted
list as {{{MPolynomialIdeal.interreduced_basis()}}}, also the input to
{{{MPolynomialIdeal.triangular_decomposition()}}} must be sorted to avoid
confusing Singular.
