 Ideas for possible future improvements:

  * Cross-references.  One approach: Post-process Sphinx's output in
 `cell.py`'s `set_introspect_html()`.  It may help to pass the module name
 as an argument.
  * Browse to the previous / next definition in the current module.
  * Live cells.
  * Tear-outs (cf. #6001).

 Why don't we have figures in the reference manual?
