 Also, like in the case of #17151, I think having:
 {{{
 sage: legendre_P(0, x).parent()
 Integer Ring
 sage: legendre_P(0, SR(1)).parent()
 Integer Ring
 }}}
 is a bug.

 Compare for example:
 {{{
 sage: sin(0).parent() # not sure I like this, but somehow makes sense
 Integer Ring
 sage: sin(SR(0)).parent()
 Symbolic Ring
 }}}
