So the coercion now worked with my changes to having a coercion from the
indexing sets, but a bunch of methods were broken using
`SymmetricGroup(n)`. I've fixed this by casting the elements into a
`Permutations(n)` element (essentially a `Permutation` instance), which
may not be the fastest for elements of `SymmetricGroup(n)`, but it works
and generalized (when there is a conversion) and is still very fast for
elements of `Permutations(n)`. However, IMO other indexing sets (such as
with a `WeylGroup`) can wait for later since they just use the general
`GroupAlgebra` class.
