Is there a "force" option? Imagine somebody really wants to really
`sagenb`, but even doing `./sage -f sagenb` just gives

Requirement already satisfied (use --upgrade to upgrade): sagenb in
/usr/local/src/sage-config/local/lib/python2.7/site-packages
}}}
