As a follow-up to #6837, twists of newforms by Dirichlet characters should
be implemented.
Ater #6837, the method `Newform.twist()` (inherited from
`ModularForm_abstract`) fails because newforms do not have an
`is_cuspidal()` method. Instead of fixing this directly, `Newform` should
have its own `twist()` method, which should return the twisted form as a
`Newform`.
