 I tried with
 {{{
 | rst line blocks
 }}}
 too. Same nesting issue with TeX. So I put the `::` back, while keeping
 the line block syntax to make it easy to switch if the TeX translation
 improves. I'll leave it to someone else to find a better solution if you
 really think using `::` is a problem.

 As for your other comments, yes, I think documentation of deprecated
 features can be useful to people who weren't already using them (for
 instance to migrate existing code that used these features), but I don't
 really care, so let's do as you want.
