I pushed some mainly minor changes. I do an idea how things could be
speeded up, which would be to use (Lambda+rho|Lambda+rho) -
(mu+rho|mu+rho) as a hash function. This might be cheaper to compute than
to_dominant(mu) and would almost determine m(mu).
I have something else I want to implement, which is the modular
characteristic. At the moment I'm trying to implement something that could
be called _inner_pp which might be relevant to #18034.
