Comment (by bump):

 I pushed some code creating a new method `dommax` which is intended to
 substitute for `dominant_maximal`. I think it is correct and if it tests
 out OK I'll rename it `dominant_maximal` and retire the old function. At
 this point I think the status of the patch will be `needs_review`. Thanks
 Travis for suggesting `RecursivelyEnumeratedSet`.
