On osx 10.10, `__OSX_AVAILABLE_STARTING(__MAC_10_10, __IPHONE_9_0)`
expands to `__attribute__((availability(macosx,introduced=10.10)))`, which
helps explain the error message..
I expect the difference is that your buildbot is not 10.10.
