 The same thing I tried to say a number of times: I was hopping to get the
 whole series of tickets merged without fixing more docstrings than was
 absolutely necessary or organizing the tables of contents, and then do
 further improvements in separate tickets. But it doesn't really matter,
 that just slows things down a bit...
