There was four occurences of `TransitiveIdealGraded` in the file
`src/sage/combinat/root_system/root_lattice_realizations.py` but you set
`structure='graded'` in only one of them. Can you also check
(mathematically + doctests) whether we can add the graded hypothesis there
also?
