 A couple comments on the cmunu1(mu, nu) function:

 The comments on lines 640-641 of macdonald.py are obsolete, right?

 You use prod(...) and QQqt(prod(...)). I have not done any profiling, but
 wouldn't QQqt.prod(...) be the "right" way in both situations?

 On line 936, what is \mu'? The conjugate?
