There used to be a special version of `EMBEDDED_MODE` which is still in
the deployed version, corresponding to
https://github.com/novoselt/sage/tree/sagecell however I switched to the
new display backend in https://github.com/novoselt/sage/tree/celldev which
has minimal changes from Sage-6.6 + new show. I will switch to this branch
(currently running on http://sagecell.sagedev.org/ ) next week while
switching hosting, so any investigation/fixing should be based on that.
