Or Sphinx 0.5.1. What if the ''all'' build commands, explicit or
implicit, include (or exclude) `--jsmath`?
Do the binary distributions generally include documentation built with
`pngmath`, only because the `jsmath` builds do not properly render some
pages? If so, #6673 may help (in the future).
