Here is an updated .spkg for ECL, which fixes the bugs which prevent ECL
building on Solaris SPARC.

I've created a new Maxima.spkg based on the latest 5.19.0 (trac #6999)

If this updated ECL is applied, then the update to Maxima '''must''' be
made, as this new ECL will not build Maxima due to a 35-year old bug in
Maxima (confirmed by the Maxima developers).
