 Based on
 http://stackoverflow.com/questions/7273474/behavior-of-pythons-time-sleep0
 -under-linux-does-it-cause-a-context-switch

 I tried

 {{{
                 time.sleep(0)
 }}}

 in ''pexpect/__init__.py'' and the result on my linux system remains fast
 (78.9 µs per loop). In principle the use of ''sleep(0)'' should allow
 scheduling on all systems but it might be a good idea for someone with a
 MAC to try this on OSX.

 The pexpect people might accept a patch to change this to 0.
