"Reasonable subset" == "endless bickering on track than will make it even
more time-consuming to do anything". You need a clear-cut rule.
`Element` is at a pretty good place in the namespace so its unlikely that
we would move it. But if we were to, we would probably do it while
refactoring a big chunk of Sage basics. Most likely with a major version
change. Insisting on backward compatibility for implementation details
would forever kill our ability to do that.
