Comment:

 I would like to get some comments about this. 1) Should it be at all
 possible to check if given ''list'' of elements form a sublattice of the
 lattice? 2.1) If not, should I change the order of `self` and `other`? 2.2
 If yes, should I change name from `is_sublattice()` to `has_sublattice()`?
 (Compare to `is_subgraph()` on generic graphs.)
