This works now but still relies on a C++11 compiler. It was discussed
above what efforts were already done to make the rest of Sage gcc5
compatible. My mistake was to assume that with gcc5 we would automatically
get C++11. So what are the chances that whatever shipped gcc, which is at
4.9x I understand, will be made mandatory (it need not be switched to
C++11 globally, it just needs to be there when the seven files are
compiled)?
