 - I do not know whether the doctest framework can handle this --- how
 would it cope with the special representation of a `RealBall`?
 - I think that at least some kind of plausibility checking is interesting
 --- if the old and new balls do not intersect, we'd be in trouble.
 - On the other hand, changing doctests with each new revision of arb seems
 to be uncomfortable, too.
