Comment:

 Since #15673 seems to have died on the vine, I have rebuilt this code on
 top of the current mainline Sage. My paper which presents this material
 and code has been accepted for publication, so I'd really love to get this
 up and running before too many more people email me wondering why the code
 doesn't work. (Note that this does depend on #14846, which I'm also
 currently trying to revive.)
