Two remarks, in `setup.py` you have
{{{
include_dirs=sage_include_directories(True)
}}}
It should be
{{{
include_dirs=sage_include_directories()
}}}
In `giacpy.pyx` why would you need `from sage.env import *`? What do you
need from this?
