In case you plan to write something like that, don't lose your time with
regexes, i have such feature almost ready (moreover the latest version is
self-determinated). I wrote this in november so there might be some new
packages missing, also there is still the problem for packages that are
bundles (e.g. rubiks), and some packages whose download URL is not
deterministic because of some kind of hash. I am curently facing some
health issues, so i try to minimize my work by not opening tickets for
extra features, i will open one for this soon.
