 I read the ticket description.
 It tells you to get
 https://www-fourier.ujf-grenoble.fr/~viva/f4/f4-1.0.0.tar.gz
 (or rather it doesn't really tell you this, it just gives you
 https://www-fourier.ujf-grenoble.fr/~viva/f4/html/index.html)

 When you set a ticket up for review, can you at least provide clear
 instructions on installing all the stuff needed?
