Can you please support all memory-allocation functions, like `calloc`,
`realloc`, `(re)allocarray` and replace the dangerous(*) calls like
{{{
mem.malloc( n * sizeof(unsigned short *))
}}}
by
{{{
mem.allocarray(n, sizeof(unsigned short *))
}}}
(*) the multiplication can overflow.
