PPS: Why is the implementation of binary trees in
sage.combinat.binary_tree totally orthogonal to the one in
sage.misc.binary_tree?
I'll ask on sage.combinat, and I suppose moving to sage.data_structure and
unification of the two implementations should be on a separate ticket. So,
I'll do the additional simplification now, and everything else is for
later.
