copied from an autotool run. The gmp patch deals with the removal of gmp
sources from the upstream tarball (the configure script of ecl checks for
stuff in that subdirectory so those checks have to be diverted). the impl
patch deals with cygwin stuff.

spkg-src is outdated anyway.
