 AFAIK there is no good solution. There is some paper about drawing
 lattices, but Sage draws them just like all posets. And I have seen same
 problem, at least on

 I think that in general this is a hard problem. However, it should not be
 that hard to at least try arranging elements on same level to minimize
 this problem.
