There seems to be a bug around `nmod_mat_cols` vs `nmod_mat_ncols` that
prevents to build both `singular` and `eclib`. A simple substitution does
the trick (see commit `5af4274`). I posted a message on
[https://groups.google.com/forum/#!forum/flint-devel flint-devel] but as I
just registered my message are moderated.
With the current branch I was able to build the whole Sage from scratch.
