 Sorry to be annoying with english details:
 - in the description you can not start with `In particular`. The sentence
 is not a particular case of what was before. Simply start with `If `\{e_0,
 e_1, ..., e_{n-1}\}` is ...`. You can also say that it is the dual basis
 over `GF(p)` with respect to the bilinear form `Tr`.
 - replace `is another basis` with `is the other basis`. The dual basis is
 unique right?

 Beyond that everything looks good to me.
