Comment:
This should fix all the outstanding issues. It is built off of 4.1.1, with
#6564 and (then) #6699 applied, then this patch. Several additional
doctests/fixes to them are included beyond the previous patch, in addition
to the Maxima init fix. Should definitely be tested on Linux to make sure
the fix for OSX didn't break Linux!
