I've fixed the issues with `lift` and the universal enveloping algebra for
`LieAlgebraFromAssociative`.
Right now I'm going to leave the option to specify the generators when
constructing a Lie algebra from an associative algebra. Once #17416
(subalgebras) is done, it will directly create the corresponding Lie
subalgebra.
