Ok just tested a build from scratch with the branch. The python bindings
are being installed in `SAGE_LOCAL/lib64/python2.7/site-packages` that
`lib64` is a bit of a problem. We'll have to dig in the configuration
script as `libpolybori*` is installed correctly under `SAGE_LOCAL/lib`.
